Part III Installation and After-sales Policies
3.1 Installation, Commissioning, Training and Acceptance
l Seller will send two engineers to buyer’s factory to supervise
installation.
l Seller will provide training to buyer’s relevant employee. And
seller will provide
“Operation and maintenance manual “
“ Electric schematic diagram”
l Seller will try the machine to reach surface requirements
indicated in the quotation.
l Buyer will afford the visa, round trip tickets, transportation,
translation, hotel, and meals.
l Buyer will provide finished pits according to drawing by seller,
4 welders and other necessary labor workers, and
necessary toolings, facilities, and powers.
l Buyer will pay each engineer USD$100 per one day. The date will
be countered from the date when the engineer
departure from buyer’s factory. All the holidays and weekends will
be included. Buyer will sign on the “ Testing and acceptance agreement” after the successful trial.
