Wet Sand Blasting Machine

key Features:

1. Open the sanding port and remove the downward airing hose from the control cabinet. Before loading the water and abrasive into the tank, rinse the sandblasting tank with water, release the flushing water, and reconnect the hose.
2. Add abrasive to the blasting tank (minimum 4 bags, 25kg high quality abrasive for each bag, up to 10 bags)
3. Fill the blasting tank with clean water, and the amount of water should exceed 5CM of abrasive.
4. Close the sanding port and the abrasive ball valve, open the balloon valve to inflate, wait for the pressure to come up. Press the sandblasting control switch to start the sandblasting operation. (Note: Wait for the abrasive before it reaches the blast nozzle)
5, the first use should need to understand the consequences of starting from the large readings, maintain a distance of 40cm between the working surface and the blasting nozzle, observe the results, then narrow the distance, make the angle steeper, and finally achieve an optimal blasting effect.
